綜上所述，全面建成小康社會一要靠全面改革，二要靠科學發展，三要各地真抓實干。我們相信，在以習近平為總書記的黨中央帶領下，全面從嚴治黨，堅定不移走中國特色社會主義道路，進一步解放思想，全面改革開放，全面依法治國，充分凝聚力量，刻意攻堅克難，就一定能夠奪取中國特色社會主義新勝利，按期保質地實現全面建成小康社會的階段性歷史目標。在2020年實現全面建成小康社會目標之后，我們會繼續向新的歷史階段、新的發展目標前進，直到實現中華民族的偉大復興。

Strategic Analysis of the Goal of Finishing Building a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects

Abstract: Finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is an important milestone in the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the significance and connotation of finishing building a well-off society in an all-round way have been enriched and developed. The word "finishing" is a solemn commitment made by the CPC Central Committee to the people of the whole country. To finish building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must focus on developing the economy, and at the same time promote political, cultural, social and ecological progress. It relies on comprehensive reform, scientific development, and hard work. Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as General Secretary, we should push forward the all-round strengthening of Party self-conduct, unswervingly keep to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, further emancipate the mind, comprehensively deepen reform and opening up, fully advance the law-based governance of China, so that we will finish building a well-off society in an all-round way on schedule and with a high quality.
